Great, transparent service department I bought my car through Park Ave and have also chosen to service the vehicle at their service center. In this particular case I had quite a bit of regular maintenance that needed to be done, in addition to replacing a flat tire. Stefanie was honest, knowledgeable and straight-forward about what needed to get done and how much it would cost. She was able to provider a loaner even though I went in without an appointment on a Friday afternoon. She provided whatever discounts she could given the amount of work I needed to do, and followed-up once the car was ready. To top it all off Park Ave provided some small gifts as compensation for a recalled part that was replaced. These are the reasons, and more, that I choose to keep coming back to Park Ave. More

We just purchased our 5th BMW from Andre at Park Ave and while I'm aware he is in this business to make money I have never felt pressured on deals. He gives me his opinion, good or bad when I have wanted to buy something that may not make the most financial sense and when I have given him a hard time on certain elements of the process as buyers tend to do he remains pragmatic. Most importantly for me when making a $60-70k investment I always feel like he is creating a win win situation and to me that's fair. More
