Although Nick had the day off on the day I wanted to see the car, he arranged for his equally friendly associate Curt Lewis to assist me with the car. Curt's knowledgeable, friendly, detail oriented, no "hard sell" approach was quite refreshing. Although I was in the early stages of my car search, he knew I had taken a liking to this coupe and seem to want to help me end my search as I had mentioned a couple of lesser attractive alternatives. With Curt knowing what kind of budget I had, he worked his tail off and got the numbers to meet my budget. After closing the deal that afternoon, he went the extra mile and got me my plates and registration 2 days later when I picked up my car!!! My overall impression of the dealership was that everyone was friendly and helpful. I called Victor and told him exactly what I wanted and upon my arrival everything was ready and set up. He made sure I understood everything that he was telling me on the paperwork and with the car. He helped me set up my car with the ends and outs of personalizing my settings. He had stated that he had the same exact car, so he very knowledgeable. Before I drove out the lot he made sure I knew everything I needed to know, so I wouldnt have to mess around with it all on the drive home. He didn't just feel like a "salesman" who was out to get a customers money, he felt like a friend and made buying a car a comfortable/easy experience. I rate this dealer at 100 and will ALWAYS come back here when it is time for a new car and will go straight to Victor. I will recommend everyone to go to Park Ave Acura! Best overall Experience! They all spoke about the family ownership of this dealership and the commitment Park Avenue has to customers and their employees. We leased a new TL (our 15th Acura) to replace our 2010 which came off lease. The price was very competitive, the process was very smooth and moved along quickly.
