First, let me start off by stating this is my 3rd Acura purchase over the years, so I have been "around the block" when it comes to purchasing Acura Cars. This is the first purchase I have made with Park A purchase over the years, so I have been "around the block" when it comes to purchasing Acura Cars. This is the first purchase I have made with Park Ave Acura, as I have worked with a few other Acura dealerships in the past. Curtis Lewis was referred to me by a friend that made a recent purchase with him. Curt and I corresponded via email, then over the phone for a few weeks as he was helping me find the color combo TL I wanted. From the moment I walked in to meet with Curt in person, I noticed it was a relaxed atmosphere and was greeted with a smile. Curt was a pleasure to work with. He will make you feel relaxed and at ease, which although may seem like a simple task for an auto sales associate to do, experience has proven otherwise in the past. The purchasing process was what I will call 'Quick and Painless' with no issues or high pressure sales tactics. My time is very limited and valuable to me and Curt was very considerate of that and worked around my schedule. Upon delivery of my car, I met with Fiance Specialist James Lundy, who was fantastic as well. He carefully explained everything in detail to me about my financing and did not pressure for any of the " extra's & add on's " that your some Auto Finance Specialist may try to pressure you with. I have to say, my total experience with Curt Lewis was fantastic and I would recommend Curt and Park Ave Acura. Oh, and btw- I live about 1.5 hrs away from Park Ave Acura and I do have much closer Acura Dealerships nearby to my home and work, but I am very glad I made the trip to Park Ave Acura to meet with Curt. First rate dealer I would recommend to anyone looking for an vehicle. I wasn't pushed, or talked into anything, like other dealers trying to sell me any car just to make a deal. Jorge Herrera, the finance manager was also a pleasure dealing with. So for me it was well worth the 1 1/2 hour drive from CT, and my pleasure, NOT to have delt with your typical car salespeople. More
