When thinking of buying a new car, I thought of being at dealership all day and being pressured by everybody you talk to at the dealership. This is what happened at the other dealerships I have been to and where I have purchased cars. BUT my overall experience at Park Ave. Acura was totally the opposite of what I thought. After researching the many cars/suvs with the right options I wanted, I decided on getting a 2014 Acura MDX with the technology and advance package. Upon my research, I came across the parkaveacura.com website from the dealerrater.com website. And from parkaveacura.com website, it was very informative on the inventory of the dealership and was even able to speak to a dealer using the instant messaging chat. From there I met Alfredo Sierra and I was able to schedule an appointment to see the MDX. When I got to the dealership, Alfredo Sierra welcomed my family and I like we knew each other already(when we haven't met before this time). Alfredo Sierra was very informative, very understanding to our needs and easy to talk to when he showed us the new MDX and when we took it for a test drive. Alfredo's true professionalism comes out when it came down to talking about the price of the new MDX. When it comes to car buying, I really hated negotiating price. But at Park Ave Acura, the negotiations with Alfredo went so swiftly and painless that I really felt Alfredo gave me the best price and I felt comfortable paying (the price was actually than I expected). From there I met with James Lundy, the financial manager. James got my credit approved and prepared my documents with the quickness. James explained all the contracts in detail and answering all my questions thoroughly making the experience pressure-free and painless. Alfredo is really easy to get in contact with and when an unfortunate problem did occur with my new MDX, Alfredo was off that day but still answered my call and told me to bring the MDX back to dealership for Curt Lewis to see. Curt Lewis treated me with respect and professionalism, reassuring me that the problem will be fixed. With this comfort in mind, this is where I met with the service department and met Keith Hartig. Keith is also very professionalism and has exceptional customer service making the experience phenomenal from the beginning of receiving a loaner to end when I received the MDX back where it look even better than new. There is no question that I will bring my MDX back to this service center This is why I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Park Ave Acura.
