We had decided to go for 2014 Acura RDX and was shopping around for a good deal. Based on our research it was not to be passed off. We then visited the show room and signed an agreement in an hour. Dan was very friendly and made sure our needs were met at the best possible price. We are not very good at haggling and were thankful to have found a dealership that didn't rip us off. When we went to pick up the vehicle the following week, the financial transaction was very smooth and got good discount on prepaid maintenance. Alfredo Sierra was very friendly, knowledgeble about the 2012 Acura TSX we purchased. He was helpful and took time to show use about all of the technology features on our new car as well as other features w 2012 Acura TSX we purchased. I originally leased my 2013 TL from Curt in August 2013 and my experience with Curt was hassle free, friendly and he was more than accommodating to my schedule. So when my daughter was looking for a new c and my experience with Curt was hassle free, friendly and he was more than accommodating to my schedule. So when my daughter was looking for a new car, I immediately brought her to Park Ave Acura and worked with Curt again. The experience was exactly the same 7 months later. Curt spent time with my daughter when we picked up her new car- he went over every detail, setup her phone to work through the Bluetooth. Signing the papers with Jorge was just as hassle free. He went over every detail from factory warranty to additional warranties that I could purchase. I didn't feel rushed or pressured by either Curt or Jorge. When we arrived the car was parked out front, Curt had the heated seats on and the car warming up...the license plates were already on the car! Big time saver...my daughter doesn't have to drive back to get them. Park Ave Acura thinks of everything and makes everything customer friendly from start to finish.
