Few quick emails and short phone calls to agree the numbers (very competitive) 1 day prior to transaction, 30 minut I absolutely loved the experience! Few quick emails and short phone calls to agree the numbers (very competitive) 1 day prior to transaction, 30 minutes to sign the paperwork and get the car walk-through, and I was on my way driving the car in color combo + package that my wife wanted - priceless (comparing to other dealerships/brands where they make you wait for hours and hours or give you a complete 360 once you get to the manager's table)! Dan was a pleasure to work with - quite an opposite impression of a "typical car dealership". My brother has been their customer for years now (and now I personally understand why). I hate dealerships where the manager has to come over to "seal the deal." It is high pressure and the assumption is that because you walked into the dealership, you are ready to buy. Dan showed us the MDX and explained everything and let us think about our decision. He brought us a fair price the first time we asked. I was on my preliminary stage of looking for a new SUV to replace my old SUV. A friend of mine recommended that I look into an ACURA MDX. NEVER Heard of it. When I walk in Park Ave Acura I browse for 5 minutes and was approached by Mano who was very pleasant. He went over the MDX since I had no knowledge of the product. We went for a test and he pointed out the accolades of the MDX and fell in love with it. I told him that i did not know whether to Lease or Finance. After he explained the difference I decided to purchase the MDX and lease it. He gave me a great price on my trade and great deal on the lease of the MDX with the accessories that I wanted. There is no doubt that Mano knows his product and is very knowledgeable with financing. I will recommend Mano Gobencion to everyone who is looking to purchase a car. He is down to earth who listen to your needs and is very professional. More
