I encountered such service recently when I purchased a vehicle at The Acura Park Avenue dealership in Rochelle Park. I had the good fortune to be referred to Mr. Alfredo Sierra. He impressed me in many ways. He is personable, polite and prepared. I felt very comfort because I didn't feel as if I was being hustled or pressured. He was patient in showing me a variety of cars which fit my profile. He was very well prepared to answers questions and to demonstrate the technological features of each of the vehicles he showed me. He was organized and able to multitask, efficiently managing several clients without inconveniencing any of us. He offered time and money saving tips in preparing me for the purchase with the proper documentation, i.e., title to trade-in, proof of insurance, etc. I have been driving my new vehicle for about a week now, and I am pleased with my purchase. Kudos to Mr. Sierra, I greatly appreciate his help. His presentation reflects credit upon himself and The Park Avenue Acura Dealership he represents. More

The response was prompt, friendly and after a few answered questions, I made an appointment to meet Alfredo Sierra at Park Ave. Since I already test drove the 2015 RDX, all there was to do was agree on a price. Great to work with! I needed a new car and loved the Acura ILX. However, I had a budget that I needed to work with. I went to a few Acura dealerships and chatted online w I needed a new car and loved the Acura ILX. However, I had a budget that I needed to work with. I went to a few Acura dealerships and chatted online with many different Acrua dealerships as well. No one was able to make my pricing work. I wanted to lease, but I knew I needed 15k miles a year and once again, no one was able to make that work. Finally, I got into contact with Alfredo from Park Ave Acura and not only was he able to make my numbers work, but he made the whole experience enjoyable! I chatted with Alredo on Friday afternoon, went to the dealership on Saturday afternoon and left with a brand new 2015 Acura ILX. Refused to take me for test drive I when in the dealer and explained that I'm looking to get out of the lease and I'm really considering the Acura TLX. 2015 2.4l 8speed transmission. The guy tells me it's impossible to to make a deal because I'll be upside-down on the trade, i said ok is it possible to take it for a test drive he replies no because it'll be waste of time. I tell him it'll not because from what I have seen on paper I really like this car and if I go to another dealer I might like the car there and and end up not buying an Acura. He still said no because I'm not buying today, how could I buy if you aren't allowing me the opportunity to drive it around. And he has the courage to hand me out his business card.
