Prompt, Responsive, and Accommodating! I had the pleasure of working with Curtis for my new Acura lease. My original plan was to visit multiple Acura dealerships (since I was switching car I had the pleasure of working with Curtis for my new Acura lease. For many reasons, I didn't have to look elsewhere: Curtis has been a loyal employee of Acura, so he was very knowledgeable. Negotiating pricing was not a hassle and was honest and reasonable. He personally drove me to the dealership on the day I had to return my old car. He attached my license plate within two days (so no temp plate!). He was very patient with me while I took my time shuffling through the paperwork. Highly recommend -- ask for Curtis!! More

He is very knowledgeable about the car and demonstrated all the features and safety options on the car. The excellent price he offered made the buying process go very quickly. He provided all the buying information I needed quickly. When I picked the car up he again spent considerable time showing me the car and made sure I knew how to operate the audio, phone and navigation features.
