Bought a Taos last Saturday, and emailed back and forth with Mateo for a few days, and he's been awesome to say the least! He stepped up to the plate, and took care of business! I was blown away by his cus with Mateo for a few days, and he's been awesome to say the least! He stepped up to the plate, and took care of business! I was blown away by his customer service, and I put max pressure on him, and instead of cracking, he shined like a diamond! I would absolutely recomend him to anyone! Thank you very much for all your help! Mateo is an asset to the company for sure! Wanted to thank Tori, Brook, Mateo, Andrea, Details Dept, The Management Team, and everyone in between for taking care of business! Bough a VW Taos 2024 on Saturday, and all of these people: * mainly Mateo * stepped up to the plate! I don't get impressed easily, but I was blowned away with forward thinking team (and team work) that had every single thing planned out, and executed to the level that would be hard to match! This is my 2nd Taos, and I will be back again to buy more in the future. I live 114 miles away in a different state, and I will drive that far to come here, and purchase a vehicle!
