Jesus was extremely knowledgeable and professional. One of the best salesmen I have dealt with in buying any car. He was undermined and made to look unsure of his role by those above him. I have been pleased with the service I have received from the dealership these past 2 years; particularly the service writers & mechanics. Now I am leasing a car and Mateo has been helpful, listens, provide the dealership these past 2 years; particularly the service writers & mechanics. Now I am leasing a car and Mateo has been helpful, listens, provides appropriate information and is responsive. A key for me is that he wasn’t aggressive in his interactions. Yes, he provided options of which I chose to not take, like hybrid vs gas only car, etc., but never did I feel pressured or “hounded”. Excellent customer service and support, Mateo. Upon car delivery he and Ray were most helpful with the same excellent customer customer. More
