This dealership is not worth the time it takes to call. They have my 2022 sorento which had a check engine light on and they unplugged the battery and rest the light instead of tring to fix it. Which in t They have my 2022 sorento which had a check engine light on and they unplugged the battery and rest the light instead of tring to fix it. Which in turn costed me two tow bills and they have had my car for 7 days with no communication. As soon as I get my car back I will never ever come back it's horrible More

I would give zero stars if possible. They have had my vehicle for 3 months. I cannot get contact from them with any information unless I call multiple times. Brent does not return calls. They have had my vehicle for 3 months. I cannot get contact from them with any information unless I call multiple times. Brent does not return calls. My car was provided to them on 9/21 I got a call that they had to order a wiring harness. That took 2 months to come in. They called me once recieved. 3 weeks later i called for an update and was finally told they hadnt started working on it but would that day and i would recieve a call that day. No call. I called back the next day, told that the battery had enlarged and they would call me back later with an update. No update so i called back part had to be ordered. still cannot get any info and now over 3 months with no vehicle and no info. Do not use paramount KIA!!! More

Yesterday, at 4:30pm, I called the service for a battery replacement, if possible at that time, my wife and I have only one car and we need it a.s.a.p Yesterday, at 4:30pm, I called the service for a battery replacement, if possible at that time, my wife and I have only one car and we need it a.s.a.p., and was asked to go at that time. As soon I got there, I was greeded by Aaron Bisesti, the service manager, who explained how long the service would take and if I wanted to wait, I told him I'll wait there. The service took the time he said or little less, he came out and in a very professional and courteous way he explained what he did, he went above and beyond on the task, I was impressed. My wife and I are new in town and is a peace of mind to find a service dealer you can trust with your car whenever you need it. I'll recommend this dealer service center greatly.
