Mr. Chancy displayed excellent customer service skills. My whole experience at Honda this time around has been very stressful for me. Mr. Chancy has went above and beyond to help my situation. At first I was very agitated, a little confused and undecisive as to what I wanted to do. Initially, I went to get my previous car serviced. When I received a buy back offer, I took the bait. The original color of the new vehicle that I wanted wasn't available but Mr. Chancy helped deliver a vehicle that I can see myself enjoying. Although, the numbers that were promised weren't kept, incentives were offered to accommodate the extra expense. It has been a very long 2 days but I am content. Thank You Mr. Clancy for your patience and also for your outstanding customer service. Please keep up the hard work. More
