i will happily recommend Herode Chancy to friends and family. until today i did not realize he came in on his day off to finish the transition of my previous lease to a new lease. I can also recommend him for his straight forward approach and helpfulness. including keeping me informed through all the steps. ON THE OTHER HAND,, he entire process took way to long:3 hours to finalize this new lease ( i am an 18 year honda leasee) was WAY too long! I told everyone involved at 4:50 pm that i had a 6pm appointment in manhattan. i kept being told " we're almost done" i did not leave the dealership until 5:45- More
