Zak is an example that other salespeople should follow. I was shopping from out of state for a pre-owned Honda Passport, assisting my brother-in-law in buying a vehicle for his wife. I was extremely particular about knowing the accurate condition of the vehicle before having my brother drive from Long Island to New Jersey. I had a long list of photos that I requested and specified that I wanted photos of any imperfections. Zak was the quickest to respond out of any salesperson that I interacted with, BY FAR! He sent the most comprehensive set of photos out of any salesperson. He was honest and provided precisely what I requested. In total, he sent approximately 40 photos, including any imperfections he found. I am not naive and I understand that pre-owned vehicles will not be perfect. The condition of the vehicle was excellent, which demonstrates the quality standards set by Paragon Honda. Further praise for Paragon Honda is deserved because I was drawn to the vehicle because of its competitive pricing. Ultimately, my brother-in-law's wife decided that she wanted a Honda Passport in the Elite trim level. Paragon Honda did not have one available at the time. The other dealership was lucky, because if Paragon Honda had the product, Zak would have SMOKED them! My brother-in-law and his wife would have been taking delivery before the competitor's salesperson sent the requested photos. Zak also taught me a new practice that I am going to share with my salespeople: "Request a review, even if you don't make the sale". We deserve to be credited and praised for all of the good work we do, not just for the sales we make. To any sales manager reading this, keep an eye on this gentleman. He embraces the grind and has the entrepreneurial mindset. If he wants to move into finance or the desk at some point, you ought to give him high consideration. More
