Horrible customer service ~ disrespecful I brought my Subaru Forester to them for a starting issue. The car was still under warranty and had less than 30,000 miles on it. It was at the deal I brought my Subaru Forester to them for a starting issue. The car was still under warranty and had less than 30,000 miles on it. It was at the dealership five times in a span of three months and they were unable to remedy the problem. Scott in service suggested I video tape the starting issue with my iphone which I did. I showed him proof of the starting issue and he appeared to believe me at first. He later on was very disrespectful and condescending. At one point I was accused by the service manger Kristopher Corriveau of actually faking the problem. Honestly, the entire experience was very bizarre and it got to the point where Subaru National had to get involved. It was so strange to me that they did not believe me. I mean is that something people do? Go to dealerships and fake car problems? Why bother? It was all such a waste of time!! The outcome unfortunately was that they never fixed my car and I made a decision after my interaction with Kristopher Corriveau to never step foot in Pape again. I honestly feel that I was treated that way because I was a woman. My husband went to get my car and talked with the service manager who gave him a half-hearted apology to give to me. The whole experience was utterly ridiculous. I ended up writing a letter to the General Manager, Larry Stark about my experience and never received a response. I have never been treated in the manner I was treated by Pape Subaru at a place of business. I now take my new car to Patriot Subaru and they have been wonderful! It's a further drive, but totally worth it!! More
