I feel I was overcharged for the service work I had completed at your dealership. I overheard a service provider give a 30 dollar discount on a lifetime battery. I had $2900 worth of work done on my car (to include replacing the lifetime battery which I had already purchased there previously years ago…the lifetime battery obviously wasn’t a lifetime battery or I wouldn’t have had to pay for another lifetime battery), and I think the price was too expensive. I guess because I’m a 70 year old woman who purchased her car there (years ago) they felt that they could cheat me. Never again!!!! More

I hadn’t been in the market for a new (2024) car but sadly my 2015 Prius was judged a total loss after getting hit by a truck! Didn’t get everything I wanted, mainly because I’ve chosen a car that is sadly my 2015 Prius was judged a total loss after getting hit by a truck! Didn’t get everything I wanted, mainly because I’ve chosen a car that is not particularly popular in this area (Prius)—there were only 2 of them available. However, I (and the friend I brought along) was treated very well, with courtesy and good humor. I got some concessions I wanted, but not all (price!). I wound up spending more than I wanted but also got a nicer, jazzier car than I expected. My sales rep was Giovanni Valencia and finance guy was Nathan Lilavois, both of whom I can happily recommend to hesitant car buyers. Experienced 0 strong-arm strategies from these two. I can recommend Panama City Toyota for good customer service. More

I will never buy another car from Panama City Toyota. I was pressured into buying the service contract by the sales manager. I told him I didn’t want it, because it’s both expensive and a hassle to come I was pressured into buying the service contract by the sales manager. I told him I didn’t want it, because it’s both expensive and a hassle to come in for service. He assured me that it was no hassle. I show up this morning for my very first scheduled service and I am like 20th in line for a scheduled appointment. I don’t have a half a day to wait around your dealership for an oil change. That’s the point of having an appointment. I asked the person working if it would be more than a half hour since I had an appointment and the guy laughed and said, “it’s definitely going to be longer than 30 minutes. None of this would be an issue had I not been pressured in to buying the service agreement or if Toyota didn’t over promise on appointment times. Why even have appointments when you schedule all of these people at the same time. Panama City Toyota will never get another dime out of me or my family. More
