I am a CPA and am very picky about the numbers and the out-of-state transaction. Everything was done well. Further, there was a last minute snag that was absolutely no one's fault. PC Toyota stood by the detail we had made, although some of the facts changed. I would definitely drive the 4+ hours that we did to purchase again from Panama City Toyota. Very, very highly recommended. More

I will never buy another car from Panama City Toyota. I was pressured into buying the service contract by the sales manager. I told him I didn’t want it, because it’s both expensive and a hassle to come I was pressured into buying the service contract by the sales manager. I told him I didn’t want it, because it’s both expensive and a hassle to come in for service. He assured me that it was no hassle. I show up this morning for my very first scheduled service and I am like 20th in line for a scheduled appointment. I don’t have a half a day to wait around your dealership for an oil change. That’s the point of having an appointment. I asked the person working if it would be more than a half hour since I had an appointment and the guy laughed and said, “it’s definitely going to be longer than 30 minutes. None of this would be an issue had I not been pressured in to buying the service agreement or if Toyota didn’t over promise on appointment times. Why even have appointments when you schedule all of these people at the same time. Panama City Toyota will never get another dime out of me or my family. More

Large comfortable show room. Denim worked well with us, showing and allowing us to evaluate 3 different models. Once we selected our model the rest of the process was smooth.
