Panama City Toyota is a family-owned company that has operated under substantially the same ownership for over 25 years. We have significant ties to the community, and believe it is our obligation to make Bay County—really the entire Florida Panhandle—a better place to live.
Although family has tenure in the community and in the automotive business, the current leadership probably has more experience as an automotive customers than as an automotive operators. Hopefully this causes us to see everything through a “customer lens,” and keeps us from ever forgetting that unfamiliarity can be intimidating. We strive to eliminate that feeling.
An early tagline for the dealership was the recognizable phrase, “Where Relationships are Born.” While this may not always be used in the dealership’s current advertising, the sentiment remains. Here, our team recognizes it’s not about us, but instead it’s about you, the customer. You are the main character of the story and we are here simply to guide you into the perfect vehicle to accomplish your goals.

Everything was fairly smooth. I would have preferred a better tutorial on car features. I'm still trying to figure out the navigation system and why it only works when plugged int I would have preferred a better tutorial on car features. I'm still trying to figure out the navigation system and why it only works when plugged into a usb port vs Bluetooth. I have not been able to program my car to the garage door opener and I'm not sure what extra services I have signed up for and at what costs. I keep receiving a message saying Toyota navigation app not installed and I don't know how to install it. When my phone is plugged into the usb port maps become available via airplay but the street I live on is misspelled. I've only had the car for one day and have more questions than answers. I'm currently looking up issues I'm having on Utube but it would have been helpful to have questions answered by someone who knows the car and features. Lexus and BMW went over every feature and programmed my cars to my specific desires on the spot. I understand that Toyota is not Lexus or BMW but customer service could improve. More
