All off above were friendly, helpful, professional and courteous. They clearly wanted to find out what I wanted, not what they wanted to sell. A most refreshing experience. I felt like a member of the family when I left with my new car. I originally went just shopping but was so impressed not only with the car but with the lack of pressure that I found it easy to make a sound decision based on my needs without feeling pressured into something I didn't later regret. All in all a most enjoyable experience. Not like many I have had in the past. Kudos to all three - Brani,my sales rep, Glen the sales manager and Bitra the finance office (who I think I'll adopt as a nephew). More

The employees were friendly, they were patient with me because it took me a while to decide on a vehicle and I finally decided to go with the 2012 volkswagen cc I hope I don't be disappointed :)... My experience with esserman volkswagen was out of this world. i needed to look for a car for my son and what better person than martin centeno to assist us in this process.
