On July 21 I scheduled an appointment to take my car in for a recall service on July 29. I received a courtesy call and a text on July 27 to remind me of my service appointment on July 29. Took my car in for service and when I get there I was told that there was a part that needed to be order for that recall. I asked the employee Eddie how come the part was not order prior to me taking the car in? He answered was I don't know. No empathy, no apologies, he had no regards for my time. Then he was told, by what I assumed was a mechanic, that the part had to be order by using the car VIN. He goes into the office comes back 10-15 minutes later to tell me that the website was down and he could not order the part. I was so frustrated that I had canceled my Sunday plans to get my vehicle in for service and it had being of time. I told this guy that I was so disappointed with the service provided that I was considering taking my car to another dealer, and then proceeded to provide me with other Volkswagen dealers information. Obviously Palmetto 57 dd not need my business. More

WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! HORRIBLE SERVICE! Francisco (the seller) was great, very respectful and attentive to details, however, he is not being helped by the unprofessional tr HORRIBLE SERVICE! Francisco (the seller) was great, very respectful and attentive to details, however, he is not being helped by the unprofessional treatment we received from the managers (Jesus Espinoza and Miguel Acosta) they were both rude. Jesus treated us like he was making us a favor and Miguel was more focused on going home than to answer our questions. Honestly, I didn't leave because I had waited for 4 hours already to get to the signing point and I just didn't have time to start over in another dealer, but I wILL never go back to this dealer. Trade-in Deal Disaster First off I would like to say this is where I leased my first 2015 VW Passat 3 years ago. I dealt with Danny at the time and it was a great experience First off I would like to say this is where I leased my first 2015 VW Passat 3 years ago. I dealt with Danny at the time and it was a great experience. Truly felt he took care of me. 3 years later I get a call from Beatrice one of their reps. They wanted to put me in a new lease 4 months before my lease was up. I was a little hesitant. It's right before Christmas...I had no intentions of spending any money on a car this close to the end of the year. I was hounded for about 3 weeks. Missed an appointment because I had friends come into town and then finally I landed on what I wanted from VW and clearly outlined what I was looking for: 1. I no longer wanted the 2018 Passat...its about to be remodeled in a year. I would rather view the 2018 Tiguan. 2. I must have the same coverages that were on my 2015 Passat( 30K maintenance, Tire Coverage, Wear/Tear Coverage, 15K miles per year - This isnt negotiable) 3. You have a zero money down event going on right now...I dont expect a downpayment 4. I do not want to pay more than I am paying right now for all of the above I realize this is a lot...but this is the dealer that called me. So I got there and it was a disaster. When I test drove the car I was escorted by a trainee who didnt have a good grasp of the English language. So he really couldnt tell me anything about the car. Then me and the sales rep went back and forth on the cost of the car. They were making me choose between the coverages and were coming in at 30 dollars more from a cost standpoint. Mind you I told them I didnt want to pay more because I believe I was a much more qualified customer than I was 3 years ago. -Credit Score went up 100 points -40% increased pay -20% less credit debt -32 months of on time VW credit payments Here is where things really fell off the wagon. Jesus comes out. I'm guessing he is the sales manager. He basically brings me an ultimatum...with two options...both of which were a choice in the coverage and more than what I was currently paying. His attitude was dripping with "this is a take it or leave it deal". I left it. He then tore up the papers in front of me. I walked out. Other things to highlight about my experience here: 1. They didnt have the color car I wanted so they were going to sell me a car in a color that I wanted. 2. When I told them my salary they stated that I can afford the car and I shouldnt have this stance YET before they found out what I made all I heard was that the models I was looking at were expensive and I shouldnt consider them 3. I came here with a lease and that is no leverage for them. They are going not looking to resell my car 4. Not once was my name used to refer to me...I kept hearing "My Friend". I drove an hour north to West Palm and got the 4Motion 2018 Tiguan with more bells and whistles...with all the coverages I wanted...for less than any of the costs Palmetto 57 put before me. They were much nicer and completely engaging with me. Made me felt like a VW is what I should be driving. Differences in the experience: 1. I never had to tell them how much I made. They based my new lease on my history with VW credit 2. My test drive of the car was 30 mins long...the sales rep..Mike. Went through EVERY detail of the car with me 3. When mistakes were made...they were swiftly corrected and made me feel like VW Schumacher is where I should have gone in the first place. 4. The sales manager greeted me and my sister at the door without us having to ask for him. 5. The insurance rep and finance manager were all super friendly and looked to have my back in all of the engagements. The following day I got a call from Beatrice at Palmetto57. I told her I got a better deal for a better version of the car and my experience with Palmetto57 and specifically Jesus was a complete disaster. More

A few hours later they call to tell me that my car had a leak on thermostat housing and the repairs & labor is going to cost over $600 to fix it. I decided not to fix it. I went ahead & buy the parts myself and put the parts on myself. Once I install the parts. It still had the leak. Service dept totally lie to me & rob me for $100 just diagnose the problem. Bt they couldn't detective problem. I just to refund my money to put back in my credit card & they didn't do that after knowing that they couldn't find out where the leak was coming from. I learn NOT to ever take my car to this dealership. I I advise anybody NOT to do services with this dealership. More
