Horrible! Went to purchase a vehicle with a pre approval from the bank. Test drove the car and was ready to purchase. The salesman offered to run my credit to s Went to purchase a vehicle with a pre approval from the bank. Test drove the car and was ready to purchase. The salesman offered to run my credit to see what I was qualified for. Told him that I would like the out the door price before he did so. He walked out and came back with a quote and took off over $1500 in rebates that I didn’t qualify for. Instead of him trying to negotiate he sat back with hands crossed and said as if he were doing me a favor. Worse car buying experience ever. Went to Autonation the next day for the same car and was offered a cheaper out the door with better customer service. Have a couple of other dealers to visit but this one I will not be returning to. Bait and Switch! More
