I like Esserman because the staff is very professional, considerate and friendly. I have zero wait time for an appointment. My car is taken at the time it is scheduled. In fact, I came early for my appointment, and they took the car then, and it was ready even sooner than they predicted. The facility is clean, too, and there's a cafe; so, one need not feel that he/she's going to a grungy garage. It's a pleasure to go there. More

From trying to contact a sales person, who by the way had called me several times on my cell phone, so that I could get a quote for a new car, to trying to return a lease, that I got from them, not from another nissan. It goes from the receptionist, all the way to sales, you name it, they got. Worse customer service/sales I ever encountered. More

This dealer and it's team went above and beyond when I called in for a service quote. They were by far the best price in town and Mr. Alvarez who I initially spoke to was friendly & personable. It made called in for a service quote. They were by far the best price in town and Mr. Alvarez who I initially spoke to was friendly & personable. It made me want to go in. Once there, I experienced minimal wait time when dropping off my car. Mr. Picado mentioned to me that there were recalls on my Sentra and asked if I wanted to check for them. This was the first I had heard of this. I had taken my car in for service 3 separate times and they never mentioned it. GREAT JOB ESSERMAN NISSAN!!! More
