The most unprofessional dealer in Miami, starting from the service dept guy Yovani Sanchez who’s made me go twice to pick up my vehicle and having to drive back because the problem hasn’t been fixed. Tell the service dept guy Yovani Sanchez who’s made me go twice to pick up my vehicle and having to drive back because the problem hasn’t been fixed. Telling me he’s driven the car and it’s fixed when I get there after driving all the way from kendall to (45min drive) I test drove the car and the problem still persist. My car still at the dealer since March 7th of this year 2020. The service manager Anderson is avoiding my calls blowing smoke up my xxx telling me They are replacing parts in the car. Last person I spoke to was some Peter guy with no solution either and when asked to speak to the service director “Eric” he didn’t even bother to return my call. They have driven the car and put over 100 miles in it. If this doesn’t get resolved we will see each other in court. More
