I had my car brought in for repair work due to an accident. I worked with Peter Alvarez in the auto parts division. The establishment took over a month to repair my vehicle and once the repairs were accident. I worked with Peter Alvarez in the auto parts division. The establishment took over a month to repair my vehicle and once the repairs were completed they refused to assist me with paying my rental car fees. Peter was very manipulative and told me they would reimburse me for 4 days of my rental yet when it was time to reimburse he came up with every excuse in the book to not do so. This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had with a dealership before. I feel so used and cheated for ever purchasing my vehicle from this establishment. It was made very clear that they care little about their customers and the customer experience. I would not recommend this service to anyone ever. Peter was very manipulative and if you are ever involved in an accident and need a reliable establishment to assist you with repairing your vehicle this is not the place for you. The fact that I actually gave them over $6000 worth of business to only be treated like this really infuriates me. I’m doing this review in hope this never happens to anyone else ever again! Employees are customer friendly oriented and prompt to assist with all request. Work gets done in a timely fashion and pricing is a bit out of my range some times at least for my Nissan 370 z parts and re assist with all request.
