Getting to book the appointment took me 3 calls and longer wait on each call. I arrived at the appointment time (before the shop opened) and there were 2 cars in front of me, at least 1 with a lady th longer wait on each call. I arrived at the appointment time (before the shop opened) and there were 2 cars in front of me, at least 1 with a lady that confirmed that she was a walk-in, she was ahead in line, so she got in first, but my point is that if I booked the appointment at 8AM and upon arrival, there were 10 cars in line, would I have had to wait for 10 cars to be serviced? I think it would be ideal to differentiate appointment line vs. walk-ins' line to honor the booking time for the ones that planned ahead. More
