Great job as always! The engine light on Jeep came on as I was driving home from our family vacation. I was the first person in line Monday morning and worked with Thomas The engine light on Jeep came on as I was driving home from our family vacation. I was the first person in line Monday morning and worked with Thomas Pappas He was able to get my truck in and diagnosed really fast. Unfortunately, it was the catalytic converter. Thomas was able to get my truck in to get serviced that morning and resolved my issue. I had them change the oil at the same time. The repair cost wasn't as high as I thought it would be. The service is always speedy and great and Thomas is always friendly, personable and looking out for the customer. When I go back for any service, I always go back to Thomas! More

I appreciate having a loaner car, but the Jeep Remicon is the only type Palmer uses as a loaner. It is very difficult for me to get in and out of and I use my vehicle for work and I have to carry sample bags so the Remicon does not work very well for that either. More

And he really cared about my entire experience--not just my vehicle's particular issues, but the ways that affected other aspects of my transportation needs--making sure I had a great loaner for the hauling needs I had during the time my Jeep was being serviced. The work was top notch and delivered quicker than promised. I came from a horrible experience at another Jeep dealer service, where I had been going for service and maintenance for the entirety of the 4+ years that I've owned my vehicle (which I purchased new). Because of my experience at Palmer, they now have a new customer for life. More
Warranty Claim I took my truck in for a transmission warranty claim which I bought the warranty from them when I purchased the truck. Not only did they have my truck I took my truck in for a transmission warranty claim which I bought the warranty from them when I purchased the truck. Not only did they have my truck over a month plus, but they didn't even fully complete the job or fix it as I'm still having transmission issues. Additionally the service rep Winston would never provide me updates or call back the many times I left a message inquiring about my vehicle. Additionally I emailed Jody Cruce twice as the situation escalated, but NEVER had a response. Very dissatisfied and I will not be doing business with this dealership ever again. This was the worst customer service I have ever witnessed. More
