Quick turn around on Recall Notice I received in a recall notice related to the fan motor assembly on my daughter's Jeep Renegade on a Friday and called Palmer Jeep late that same day a I received in a recall notice related to the fan motor assembly on my daughter's Jeep Renegade on a Friday and called Palmer Jeep late that same day and spoke to Thomas Pappas in the service department. After explaining that my daughter was going to be heading back to college soon and the fact that the fan motor was already making some noise, he suggested that I bring the vehicle in first thing Saturday morning. Upon dropping off the vehicle, I discussed with Thomas another issue that I wanted to have checked out related to the transmission shifting. Thomas made sure that both areas of concern were properly addressed by the service department and I am again comfortable knowing my daughter will be heading back to Virginia Tech well maintained vehicle.
