After learning that I was going to unexpectedly need to pay out of pocket for a rental c My experience was fabulous with Neil as my Service Director. After learning that I was going to unexpectedly need to pay out of pocket for a rental car, he offered up HIS OWN PERSONAL CAR for me to borrow. We have taken our cars to several dealerships over the years for service and have never received such exceptional customer service. Thank you so much! Now on the other hand, the fact that I was going to be charged by the Dealership was crazy. We just purchased a $60k jeep and were exchanging the tires. Palmer originally offered to come and pick up the car from our house and take care of this. We ended up bringing it up to the dealership and then was surprised to find out they were going to charge us $35 for a two hour rental car. Not good customer service! More

The only reason for not giving a 5 star was the fact that the 23 point inspection form was not given to me so I had not been sure why the differential fluid had been recommeded to be changed since that was not intially explained to me. When I came to pick up the car I was checked out by a different employee than the one who had worked with me initially who was Winston Anderson who gave excellent service. The second employee who checked me out was courteous but simply forgot to give me the 23 point inspection form and I forgot to ask about that form. I did not get his name. More
