Warranty Claim I took my truck in for a transmission warranty claim which I bought the warranty from them when I purchased the truck. Not only did they have my truck over a month plus, but they didn't even fully complete the job or fix it as I'm still having transmission issues. Additionally the service rep Winston would never provide me updates or call back the many times I left a message inquiring about my vehicle. Additionally I emailed Jody Cruce twice as the situation escalated, but NEVER had a response. Very dissatisfied and I will not be doing business with this dealership ever again. This was the worst customer service I have ever witnessed. More

I came from a horrible experience at another Jeep dealer service, where I had been going for service and maintenance for the entirety of the 4+ years that I've owned my vehicle (which I purchased new). I've adored y'all and have bought Dodges since 2004 when y'all took care of my Ford Mustang after the Canton Ford dealership kept telling me "well you're still having that problem, and we think we know what it really is now, but the other expensive things we fixed were broken too." They're out of business now although I swear it is the same people at the Kawasaki dealership across the street where after routine preventative maintenance they fixed my motorcycle's problem after problem after problem until I literally couldn't even drive it out afterwards. I love y'all! Keep up the good stuff! More
