I had an issue that arose after a recall fix at this dealership. We were annoyed that the issue wasnt discovered during our inital visit and contacted Jody regarding the matter. DJ was great. The sale was between he and another sales guy at a competitive dealership down the road. Deals were delivered via phone and the prices ended near identical, but I walked back into Palmer beca guy at a competitive dealership down the road. He hustled and returned calls multiple times before the other guy called me back once and he worked to distinguish Palmer vs. the competiton.
