Unresolved tire problem for nearly 2 years I must say that I am very disheartened that my tire problem had to be resolved at an outside source. When I purchased my 2012 Kia Sorento, I had "tire issues" from the beginning. I am sure that you can look up my service record. It didn't ride right, it made a rumbling noise and always pulled. I brought my vehicle in many times with the same complaint. The answer always was "we didn't notice anything" . There were rotations and balancing done but to no avail. Also pretty sure I even had two flat tires repaired there. I even bought an "extended warranty" on my tires. Sad to say, that such a warranty is valueless and a waste of money because it doesn't cover anything. I finally gave up on bringing my car in there since problem was never resolved. I recently brought my car into Tires Plus because I had a flat. They brought to my attention that a belt was busted on one of my tires! I saw it with my own eyes. What a surprise to me!! I purchased two tires from them, they rotated, balanced and the problem is miraculously GONE! The sad thing is that I was driving on that busted belt since I purchased the car (or at least shortly after that) and no one in your service department saw or noticed that. I am not a tire expert, (but you should be) but I would venture to say the the busted belt caused my other tires to not ride right and possibly caused the 3 flat tires I experienced. Very unhappy customer. More

Between appointments, I stopped in for an oil change. I stepped outside. Sitting there in the lot was my dream car, used, making it priced for my budget. Being between appointments I had very little time but wanted to negotiate that car. Joe in sales put a rush on it for me. Shortly after the oil change was complete and the wonderful porter washed my car for me, the old one was traded and several Palmen staff helped me empty my many items from the old to the new and away I went. In time for my next appointment! I got the car I love, at a price I could afford, fair trade in value for the old and out the door in no time at all. All involved, including Joe in sales, Steve and the porter in service, put a rush on everything, going above and beyond to accommodate me and my crazy schedule. I couldn't be happier and will certainly be back for my next car. More
Very disappointed and embarrassibg experience! I go in, an average American middle class buyer. Explain that I am looking for a vehicle that is reliable but am limited on my price range. Automatically salesperson was not very interested in providing professional service. service. Schefuled a follow up call, 5pm, receive a phone call asking if I am interested in vehicle, I say yes. Salesperson states he cannot make it in until 1pm next day. I accommodate to HIS schedule. 1 pm next day, sales person informs me car had been sold that morning and basically says .. Too bad so sad!! No interest in explaining why vehicle sold if I was scheduled to make final negotiations on purchase and I had accommodated to his schedule. Very disappointed that a dealership of this caliber would treat an average American buyer like so, just because salesperson would not make thousands of dollars on sale. Left feeling as if was not worthy of professional service because I would not make dealership thousands of dollars on a car sale. More

When we went to crunch numbers they didn't want to go down a whole lot on price even though it was a used Van. So the manager Niko quoted us a price it was a little more than we wanted but we said we would think about it and call them. My Husband called the next day to talk to them and Niko claimed that he never quoted us the price he did and my husband told him it was horrible business practice to give one price and then take it back and say that he never quoted us that price! So Niko started raving about how even if he did quote us that price doesn't mean he could have actually done it for what he quoted!! So why even give a number if you don't know it would work!! This is the second time they have lied to us!! We tried to give them another chance but they lied again!! I will never ever go back to Palmen again even if they had a van for a penny!! Very disappointed Palmen I don't know how you live with yourself lying to people!! I will never recommend you to any one ever!! More
Palmen made my day I bought a 2015 optima ex and the dealership was great. They went out of their way for me. It was worth the wait for the deal I got on the car. Awesome Dealership Experience I just purchased a 2016 Kia Sorento. It was a total pleasure from start to finish. No pressure very relaxed fun atmosphere. A bunch of rip offs. I would like to share my experience with Palmen Motors of Kenosha. I went in on a Saturday to test drive a truck, when I got there they said was a I would like to share my experience with Palmen Motors of Kenosha. I went in on a Saturday to test drive a truck, when I got there they said was already sold. Saw an 04 Cummins outside and decided to take it for a drive. I was sold. After talking prices, since the banks were closed for the weekend they said to take it home for the weekend. When I got back Monday we ended up purchasing the Vehichle. I brought in a list of things I wanted fixed, but they refused without bringing the price up, one was an alignment. So I decided to get it done by my mechanic. As they were doing the alignment they noticed that the sway bar had a lot of play in it, the back brakes and rotors were shot, and the rear seals were out of the axle. I immediately contacted them and got an estimate for them. Palmen didn't want to even fix the stuff in the first place and after a week I Was able to convince them that it was their responsibility. They still refused to fix the brakes saying "a man should do his own brake job." My estimate (from a certified shop, with a warranty) was $700 to do the axle seals, sway bar, and complete brake job. They insisted I bring it back to their dealership to fix. I brought it down and within a day I got a call from the service department. He said that the rotors are dangerously bad. But, the brakes are pressed and they are gonna put the seals in, but in order to do the rotors you need to break the seals deeming it a waste of time. They said they would "cut me a deal" and do the brakes for $800. I said no and immediately called up the sales manager (who's name I'll leave out). After some convincing he said he'll pay for half. Of course I was still upset and told them I didn't have $400 to pay for it. The same guy who told me the brakes needed done ASAP told me "they aren't gonna break down on you right away. Maybe you should save up some money then and get them done." After some fighting, I decided it'd be okay to pay $200 and they pay the rest. I called him up asking him if that would be okay, he said "since you wrote a bad review about me, I'm not gonna do it." Well, here's your review mister! I never wrote one before. These guys are a bunch of crooks. Look at all the other reviews of this place. They leave parts broken on their vehicles so after you buy them you have to pay to fix them. I'm not the first person to write about this. If they want to fix my Vehichle I'll gladly take this down. But until then I'm warning everybody to NEVER buy from them again. This review will be posted on every website I can. More

Then told them about Classic advertising for vehicle's cheaper and Palmen Kia tells me that, that is Classic's way of getting people to go to their dealer, that they really don't do the deals.... So I went to Classic.. and they did offer me advertised deal. And called Palmen to see if they will match it and to tell them that Classic did offer the advertised price..... Never received a call back from Sales guy(Mr. Moreno) or manager.... Bad Service.... Bad Advertising... Bad Communication.... Dealership is about lies.... More
