Tim did good job on follow up. Liked the 2018 Buick Encore, Until 49000 miles when the AWD module went out... 54000 miles, brought periodic missing...then stalling. Palmen Cadillac has excellent Service ' I purchased a Cadillac from a dealership down the street! I had a major issue happen while driving had to pull over and I contacted them they were no I purchased a Cadillac from a dealership down the street!
