I enjoyed who took care of me! His name is Jason and he was very transparent and helpful. Only thing is he was the only one who even spoke to me, and when I came in there were two other employees there and was very transparent and helpful. Only thing is he was the only one who even spoke to me, and when I came in there were two other employees there and they acted like I wasn’t there at all. Jason was not in their office area when I first arrived for awhile helping another customer and they never asked what I needed or who I was waiting for, but when another customer came in they greeted them right away with the questions I thought was weird they did not ask me once in the 5-10 minutes I was waiting before Jason came in. I did not like this part of the experience there. I will return, but only to be taken care of by Jason. More

I had an appointment for an oil change, I ended up having to wait an hour. They finally came and got me and said “you’re all set it’s washed and ready to go.” When I went out to my car it had definitely not to wait an hour. I went back in and said I think they forgot to wash it. The guy very rudely said “It’s very possible that they actually DID wash it” rolling his eyes at me. I suggest that he come see and when he saw how filthy it was he said fine I’ll run it through, still short and not at all apologetic. When he drove back over after washing it he just got out and walks off. So rude. More
