The service department identified the issue with my suv but was unable to diagnose or fix the root cause. They put 30 miles on my car trying to identify the issue (so they say) only to have them tell me wa but was unable to diagnose or fix the root cause. They put 30 miles on my car trying to identify the issue (so they say) only to have them tell me wait until the problem gets worst. It like they kept my car over night to drive it around town. I’m not happy with service I received at this dealerships service department. Service was unsatisfactory and a service department that can’t fix issues it has identified shows the incompetence of the mechanics that work there. More
