Dan was good to work with. However after purchasing my truck the dealer ship failed to make sure everything was working prior to the sale. Side mirror blinkers don’t work, drive side rear blinker doesn’t work. Looked up on line, they are 40-50 dollars to replace. They also did an extremely good job waxing and the truck. Couldn't see a single scratch on the truck until I went and washed it. Now I can see scratches all over the entire truck. No very satisfied. Hopefully they make this right when I call them. Also didn’t bother to put in any gas for me. Received a truck with the gas light on. Truck also has some sort of noise coming from the front end now. Lot of issues for only owning it less then 2 weeks More
Our sales rep Juan was awesome - very insightful, friendly but not pushy. The financing part of sales was a little to lengthy for our liking especially during covid. We understood financing rep (no name tag?) was only 4 days on the job but maybe could have used a bit more training or someone sitting with him during sale. Over-all we would recommend Palmen and would do business with them in the future. We love our new Buick! More
I was bullied into purchasing an optional warranty in which I did not want. The sales manager informed Nat, my second salesman, that I didn’t take it I could not purchase the vehicle. My 25years as a customer service director and assistant to the VP of sales and marketing as well as the CEO and President of the company I worked for I am appalled by your selling tactics. It is not only unethical but also illegal. Nat seemed to be quite concerned on my background, my clients included high box retails stores, domestic and internationally. My experience with Palmen Motors at your location was awful. I will never refer anyone to your store. Retraining your sales team to get sales needs to be revisited and some changes need to be done. Furthermore; never judge a customer by their appearance nor credit score. I was and still am very educated and my bank account is significant. I am disgusted by Nat’s way of bringing to my attention MY credit score as I am obviously very well aware of its standing. Also, giving the customer an option and then refusing to put it writing is just another poor selling tactic. I really hope you consider touching base with your sales team and revising the “do’s and dont’s” with the entire team. I wish I could say it was a pleasure but I will not lie. Have a great day. The dealership was clean and organized and full of eager to help staff when needed. I used the bathroom and noticed there was no soap in both soap dispensers. Good to see people are washing there hands but to help staff when needed. I used the bathroom and noticed there was no soap in both soap dispensers. Good to see people are washing there hands but now it all gone what happens after a staff meme we used the bathroom and notices there isn’t soap? Are they to proud to change soap or do they just not was their hands and use that as an excuse? Or is it as simple as no more soap in house for the dispensers? The world may never now ? Either way I enjoy this Palmans dealer due to Tim and his personality and knowledge, that keeps me coming back. Also the guys in back haven’t messed up anything I have had work done to my truck either. Happy thanksgiving:) More
