Dropped car off at 745 didn't even start working on until 2pm. I had to call to get an update and was told that they were short handed. I feel that if they were short staffed that they shouldn't have taken 2pm. I had to call to get an update and was told that they were short handed. I feel that if they were short staffed that they shouldn't have taken in so much work. Part of "scheduling" your appointment is get your car worked on in a reasonable time frame. More
