I must say they realy did thier best to come up with a truck to suit our needs. Now I have the vehical that works for me. I wanted an American brand and got it. We found a vehicle that was within our price range and our salesman Shawn began the sales process, paul and the other gentleman then told Shawn to do whatever it took to get me( a Soldier) into the car! The reason I feel as though this is inportant to share because I know they would have done this for anyone else as well! However their slogan written on the wall is "Americans helping Americans", that day i found it to be 110% true. To all Soldiers and civilians alike go to Palm Coast Ford for your next car!! Buying a car whether new or preowned has always been a nightmare. Charles , Mike and 'Congo' especially (but all the employees) were friendly, helpful, attentive to our questions but not at all pushy at P nightmare. Making a decision on the model and price has always a very lenghty process for us. We still were able to take our time and never felt we must sign the deal right then without sleeping on it. Other dealerships have always said "if we meet your price on trade and options will you buy today". I would recommend all our friends and relatives to this dealship. Both Charles and Mike are rated as Master Salesman and took great pride in explaining the workings of all the options and answering all our questions. I'm sure that I will be seeing them regularly and stop in to say Hi when having our truck serviced. They have even offered to answer any questions that my arise while we are getting familiar with all the bells and whistles. Thanks again Palm Coast Ford for a pleasant experience More

I had some major problems with my Ford Ranger truck and took it to Palm Coast Ford to get it fixed. The service department was helpful and courteous and made every effort to help correct my problems.
