The financing department, along with Jeff's collaborating efforts, was able to work with us by offering us several options in order to reach an affordable and agreeable monthly payment that worked in our favor. They were did a supberb job also this is my second car i have purchased from the dealership solely due to the fact of how much Chris was able to influence my last deal. I will tell anyone looking for a vehicle about how they really were motivated to reduce the price of my car in order that I would do business with them. My daughter will be looking in the next 6 months or so aaand I will bring her right back here. I would like to share an experience I had with Palm Coast Ford. I made an appointment with Sean, after receiving a letter and wishing another vehicle - I was already a Palm Coast Ford customer. I drove awa Ford. I made an appointment with Sean, after receiving a letter and wishing another vehicle - I was already a Palm Coast Ford customer. I drove away a happy new car owner and it was thanks to Sean Peveler and Michael Fuguet. I was met with smiles and treated with the utmost respect, honesty and consideration of my needs. It turned out to be a time-consuming event; however, I walked in knowing that it would be, as my circumstances were not of "the norm". During the day, Sean did all possible to make my experience a good one and my waiting time less stressful. He took the time to show me the ins and outs of the Sync system in my car, instead of handing me a manual and telling me to "call if I had a question"...I can't tell you how much this meant to me. In 2 years, hopefully less, I will return to make yet another purchase, my "dream vehicle", an Escape, black of course with a moon roof. I don't make many recommendations, but when I meet people who go above and beyond to help me feel at ease during a stressful time, I think it is well worth sharing and so I do that right now.
