They call me to ask about additional services they recommend and email me to let me know it was ready for pickup. They bring the vehicle up front when picking up. I have had no issues with this dealer and I believe they do everything they can to make it easy. More

Problem not resolved. Good Experience Dave Kollar was helpful and listened to my problem, however the Ford service department and Factory could not recreate my problem on my 2018 Ford Esca Dave Kollar was helpful and listened to my problem, however the Ford service department and Factory could not recreate my problem on my 2018 Ford Escape just SHUTTING DOWN AND LOSING ALL POWER WHILE DRIVING! This happened twice, once on the highway doing 75mph and another time on a local street while turning at an intersection. Imagine the fear of a vehicle just shutting down while doing 75mph. Needless to say I will not be taking this vehicle back and will be ordering another vehicle. More
