2 hours for a simple oil change I made an appointment as I have in the past because it seems you can no longer just go for one. I arrived 10 min early, was taken, then continues to s I made an appointment as I have in the past because it seems you can no longer just go for one. I arrived 10 min early, was taken, then continues to sit and wait for 2 hours at which time the service guy came to tell me my car was ready and he would be right back with the paperwork. After another 10 min of waiting, my car being there I went out to see what was taking so long and I got a look , like he totally forgot. After asking why the oil change took so long, he apologized. That was nice of him, but I feel if you are now forced to make an appt. I would think to make things run smother that it wouldn't take 2 hours to complete and this is the third time. I have been buying my cars from Palm Coast Ford since 1989, their dealership is great but their service department has much to be desired. More

Rattle I gave a 4 start rating because my car was fixed. However, the service people I interacted with were not friendly (just to the point). I was told my I gave a 4 start rating because my car was fixed. However, the service people I interacted with were not friendly (just to the point). I was told my car would be ready in a couple of hours. I called after 2 1/2 hrs and the service person on the phone was not friendly and didn't know any answers for me. She did call right back and said that my car was ready and to go to booth 1. The gentleman in Booth 1 was nice and even though, he was not my rep, he was very nice and answered my questions and had my car brought to me. More
