Ms. Christen Santa Maria was my service representative and she was incredibly attentive. She kept me completely in the loop in regard to the cost and duration of the repairs with phone calls and emails, always with courtesy and professionalism. Though I didn't take advantage of it, she offered me a loaner car. She worked with me on the cost of the repairs, ensuring I received discounts to which I was entitled.
