I told him exactly what I wanted and the day it came in, actually I think it was even before it hit the lot, Mike called me and told me it was coming. He knew exactly what I wanted, what was most important and what I wanted to pay. He was watching out for me from the very beginning. He Listened and he kept his eye out, when the right car came in. He Called me immediately and we began working a deal. The car was a little more than I expected to pay but the extra customer service and attention that was given to me was well worth it. Thank you! Under the Covid 19 Virus threat, the sales team was cautious in maintaining social distance as much as possible while negotiating and demonstrating the updated features of the new Escape. When the deal was finalized with "Sean The Closer" I was happy with our trade-in and the price of the new Escape. More
We called for an appointment on a recall and we gave them the recall information. When we brought the car to shop they said they had already done the recall at a previous visit. I went to the dealership to get a better idea of what the van I was thinking about getting actually looked like. Pictures from the internet on the phone aren't the best. I didn't feel pressured. He showed me a couple of Vans to get a better idea of what I wanted. He helped me through the whole process of getting the van and setting it up. I didn't feel abandoned once the sale was done. The last time I bought a vehicle was about thirteen years ago. The technology is way more advanced than what I had or was used to. Not only was I contacted beforehand by the salesperson, the sales MANAGER contacted us just to make sure we were contacted. From the moment we walked in, everything was a breeze. The vehicle we were looking for was right in the showroom ready to go. The price was easily agreed upon and close to the Kelly Blue Book reasonable price suggestion. Once we agreed, the vehicle was removed from the showroom, we finished the paperwork in very little time and we explained we could stop in the next day to turn in our leased vehicle and pick up our new purchase. Peter Kimlingen, our sales person advised us the vehicle was ready to go. He drove our new Explorer to our house in Ormond Beach and took the leased vehicle back to the dealership. Couldn't ask for friendlier and more satisfying experience. More
