I am not sure what the ladies name in service is but she gets a MINUS score. Rude and unprofessional! on the phone when I called to take it back for service when it was still having problems. I drove out of there with a wrench code showing on my dashboard when I called the third time to take it back that is when she was so rude about it. And that’s when I took it somewhere else and was greeted with smiles It has been in the shop ever since at a different dealership. They found what was wrong! More
