Service was awful! No one greeted me when I got there and then when they called me to pick up my truck I stood there waiting while service people just stood around xxxxxxxxxxxx! When they finally brought my truck, again I just stood there waiting for someone to acknowledge my presence! When I got home I notice a huge scratch on my rim from where they rotated my tires! Worst experience ever!!! More

Amazing customer service I went in for an oil change and drove off in a new car! As I walked around the lot killing time Reggie Auricchio struck up a conversation asking what I went in for an oil change and drove off in a new car! As I walked around the lot killing time Reggie Auricchio struck up a conversation asking what I liked about the car I was having worked on. As we talked he found out I had been researching the Ford Escape Hybrid and, with zero pressure, let me take one for a drive. After that the pieces fell in place with everyone working seamlessly to make sure I was happy with my decision. Kudos to all for another great experience! More

Oil Change I dropped off my truck to leave over nite last week for oil change the next day. I assumed an advisor would check me in, but was told to go fill out a I dropped off my truck to leave over nite last week for oil change the next day. I assumed an advisor would check me in, but was told to go fill out an envelop and leaves keys in drop of box. I was a little taken back by this idea, I would have rather an advisor check my truck in for service. I was also unsure when I would be contacted to advise when my truck was ready for pick up. I waited the next day to hear something, but no call by 12pm. I tried to call for an update and it was difficult to get an advisor for any information. I waited like 10 minutes before I got the advisor, and they finally said my truck was ready. I later found a message on my home phone saying the truck was ready. I would prefer more direct communication rather than a drop box next time I go in for service. More
