So done here. After going through two bad experiences with this dealer and service. I have had enough. Went for service waited for 1/2 before the car was even taken back to the bay. Why did I make an appointment? Wanted to charge $40.00 + for a cabin filter. Its a 5 minute job I can do myself for less than half the cost. After our last service about 6-7 months ago. Our tires went from being perfectly fine, to we need to "get tires very very soon". The car is garage kept and only had about 5,500 miles added. There were several other things they said that were needed. They gave us an estimate, we said no. It then took over another half hour for them to return the car to us. I was never given the services done paper, so I really have no idea what they did, if anything to the car. Lifetime free oil change or not. I will pay to have my car serviced somewhere else rather than go through Palm Coast Ford. I tryed it 3 times and each time was a Zero. They even screwed up, when I wanted to buy new! More

Stay far away Went in for an oil change and agreed to a tire rotation at 8:45 AM. Was told my lug nuts were swollen and would I agree to have new ones installed fo Went in for an oil change and agreed to a tire rotation at 8:45 AM. Was told my lug nuts were swollen and would I agree to have new ones installed for an additional $200+. After I agreed to the service and the lug nuts were removed I was informed they did not have the parts and would have to drive to Daytona which would be 1.5 hours. After the parts arrived it would be another 1/2 hour. Basically I left around noon on a day where I had various important appointments which had to be pushed back or cancelled. While waiting I observed how unsafe Palm Coast Ford parking lot was. Cars and trucks driving every direction. It made me wonder how many parking lot crashes there are in a year. An additional problem I had requested to be looked into (dash always came up to tow mode instead of main screen) was never resolved nor do I think it was looked into. Needless to say I will never go back to Palm Coast Ford again. I will go back to Bozard Ford where my truck comes out with a nice car wash and interior swept. One positive is the service representative was professional. More

I was on a very tight timeline to move across the country so I really didn't have my hopes up. Chase went above and beyond, he didn't have to fit me into their busy schedule, but he saw I was desperate and he did everything in his power to help. They exceeded all my expectations. I'm sad that I had to move away, I can only hope whatever dealership I end up using in the future is anything like Palm Coast Ford. I heard Chase is new to your dealership, I want to let you know that he's very helpful and dedicated :) More

Confusion i had my car serviced. When I was presented with the bill. I gave the agent a Convient FREE OIL CHANGE Card. He told me that I should have told h i had my car serviced. When I was presented with the bill. I gave the agent a Convient FREE OIL CHANGE Card. He told me that I should have told him about the card when I first came in. He then told me that I had to pay extra for fill synthetic oil. I told him that I did not request it. Did not believe that they put in Synthetic since the reminder window decal showed that a new oil change was then required in l less than 3000 miles. He responded that he wouldadjust the paper work. He then came back and told me that I had to pay for the Tire Rotation. I was angry and confused and told him that I did not think that I had to pay for the tire rotation since I purchased the tires at this Ford Dealership. At this point we were both confused. He had me sign a piece of paper and said I could go. If I was wrong about the free tire rotation let me know and I will come back and pay for it Bill Ilavsky More
Quickest ever! We drove up to the quick lane and Chris was all over it. We needed our battery/alternator checked to see which was bad. Chris checked it and determined it was only the battery and he called us back literally could not have been more than 20 minutes and had us back on the road! best service we have ever received at a dealership and Chris made it all happen. Chris was very knowledgeable and also explained how the truck went into emergency power mode and had everything reset prior to giving the truck back to us. We will definitely continue to use Palm Coast Ford for our vehicle needs. Thanks Chris More
