I went in for an oil change. Then was told needed a cabin and air filter. I said ok because I could not remember the date of the last cabin filter although it was recent. I appreciate that the staff in the service and parts department are doing the best they can. The leadership at this dealership is absolutely horrible. I waited 146 days for a part to arrive to replace a department are doing the best they can. The leadership at this dealership is absolutely horrible. I waited 146 days for a part to arrive to replace a defective part that was present when they sold me the car. 3 days after buying the car I realized there was an electrical problem. I gave them the car on the 21st of October to finally put the part in and picked the car up on October 28th two days ago. I am still having electrical problems after they have completely disassembled the interior of my car. I will never buy another car from this dealership. More
