My 2019 Mustang GT with 30K miles was having SYNC issues so brought to dealer. Upon meeting service writer Christen, I quickly perceived her as a little to distracted to completely understand my issue. and so brought to dealer. Upon meeting service writer Christen, I quickly perceived her as a little to distracted to completely understand my issue. and seemed to want me to stop talking and start listening. Getting past that, I noticed she did not have even the basics of what I had said written down. She assured me she would convey to service all of my concerns. As it turned out, she did not. finally on 4th visit my car was fixed. Her customer interaction personality could use some cheering up. Now the good news. Mike T was excellent. Also have worked with him on my wife's Lincoln. If you find someone moving faster than him, you have accidently run into a bank robber fleeing the scene of the crime. Thorough, knowledgeable, follows up and has the patience of a Saint. Andy, who actually is the supervisor of the QuickLanes, also went above and beyond. Seeing me standing by my car for ~10 minutes, he approached me and asked if I was being helped. I explained my issue and he said ill" be right back. He returned with the tire pressure sensor reader and showed me THIS issue was not with SYNC but was both rear tire pressure sensors failing. He did not have to do that. Kudos to Andy. Picking up my car with the new SYNC screen installed I met Darius and asked him if he could help me with a function in the SYNC system. With a big smile he said no problem, do you mind if I get in the passenger side? He referenced the owners manual then went in and got his cell phone. After ~15 minutes of looking for an answer, we both decided I would try to find the answer on YouTube's section of Ford corporate "HOW TO" videos. He is very busy and helping me was greatly appreciated. More
