My car developed a roof leak and major rain storms hit FL for 4-5 days causing great stress and concern. Steve got me an appointment quickly. Upon my arrival Mike T. went out of his way to take a look immedi for 4-5 days causing great stress and concern. Steve got me an appointment quickly. Upon my arrival Mike T. went out of his way to take a look immediately. The car leak was fixed and I picked it up at the end of the day. Major rain happened overnight and the water still came in the roof/ceiling. I brought the car back early the next morning spoke with Steve and sensing my anxiety over the issue he got me in even though I didn’t have an appointment. Mike worked on it again and the issue has been resolved. Both Steve and Mike were very kind and went out of their way to help me. Greatly appreciated. Also being from CT I contacted my dealer/mechanic in CT to assist. John Larue of Valenti Ford in Mystic made a call to Palm Coast Ford on my behalf. Also greatly appreciated. More
