I brought my ranger in for a warranty issue with a balance PC Ford did in April. Amanda greeted me with a smile and very professional greeting. I returned to PC Ford and Will introduced me to your supervisor Andy and I explained what was going on. Andy offered to drive the truck. Andy returned and immediately put the truck on the lift to troubleshoot the problem. Andy invited me to the balance machine one tire at a time to show me the rebalance results. Andy then offered to drive along with me to ensure the issue was resolved. Andy was a fine young gentleman, focused on nothing but ensuring the tires were balanced to my satisfaction. I have to tell you Amanda, Will and Andy are outstanding assets to your organization and should be commended for outstanding customer service with a special appreciation to Andy for personally taking charge and troubleshooting the problem.
