Vehicle at site for oil change. Scheduled days ahead. Picked up after change and after returned home advised that oil change was not done. Dealer was certain a rodent chewed through a hose with one slice because a nest was found under the truck. They refused to send my claim through warranty even though I requested them to. They charge based on manufacturer specs and not on actual work done. Apparently it takes Ford technicians 3 hours to drop a fuel tank (must be their first time). Not saying I could do a better job, but after my first time dropping a tank, it took me about 45 minutes… More

Originally brought my old vehicle in for repairs. Decided to see what they had available for me to purchase. Chris and Alex listened to my needs and requirements. Alex went out of his way to help me to see if my parent could get into the vehicle easily or not. He even went above and beyond to help me when I couldn’t find my insurance card.
