The reason for the 4 star dealer review vs. 5 star review is the unwillingness to budge on the $1000 dealer fee - this seems to be standard in Florida, but as a retired military and current airline pilot who has lived broadly throughout the US, I can say this isn't industry standard. That being said, the level of service provided by Lizzette Maldonado was exemplary and made the service fee much more palatable. Lizzette was fantastic from the first conversation through closing and even after the sale, assisting us when we ran into a titling concern due to our being out of state. Her professionalism and responsiveness carried the day. Palm Beach has an extensive selection and wonderful cars, but I can unequivocally say the reason my next used car search will start with Palm Beach is because of the service and professionalism of Lizzette.
